Tull Paraffin Dressing
JELONET is a low-adherent kerosene gauze dressing made from open weave natural gauze. It is a non-medicated dressing used as a contact layer to reduce adherence to the surface of a granulating wound. Especially indicated for burn patients.
Characteristics:
- Low-adherent soothing agent that protects the wound and allows the passage of exudate to an absorbent secondary dressing.
- Woven from interwoven yarns, it keeps its shape and is resistant to fraying.
- Non-medicated, it can be used in combination with topical antibiotics or antiseptics.
- Sterile in gamma radiation.
