Ulmo Honey Gel Dressing

ULMOPLUS is a gel dressing based on Ulmo medicinal grade honey NHF + Vitamin C, made in Chile, with high levels of antibacterial and antioxidant compounds. It has a low pH and high osmolarity, which favors osmotic debridement of wounds with sphacelated or necrotic tissue.

Characteristics:

• It aids in odor control and is easy to apply and remove without causing trauma to the lesion.
• It acts in all stages of healing.
• It is recommended for use in pressure ulcers, mixed vascular and venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, malignant lesions, first and second degree burns, post-surgical lesions, scalds, lacerations, abrasions.
