Biobrane Biosynthetic Dressing

It is a special biosynthetic temporary dressing for burn patients, which adheres to the dermis, facilitating the recovery of its structural and biological function and reducing pain. Composed of an outer silicone layer, which acts as a protective epidermal barrier and prevents water loss by evaporation, and an inner layer, partially integrated in the silicone layer, composed of a three-dimensional network of interwoven nylon filaments, on which porcine collagen peptides are arranged. It is indicated for temporary coverage and healing of 2nd degree, superficial and intermediate burns, donor sites and debrided wounds.
